  4. add all ingredients to the rice except the mussels.mix well.
  5. layer it evenly then place the mussel on top.
  6. cook it like how u cook with white rice.Like when the water subsides,put the fire on low heat until.it cooks.
  7. serve with cut boiled egg on top.Enjoy!
