- To make the sponge cake mix wet ingredients well first and in that add the well sifted dry ingredients, then pour the batter in baking tin and bake it until done. Then cool down the sponge little bit mean while make the pineapple syrup by adding dried pineapple in water and cook it low heat for few minutes.
- Now in a chilled bowl add chilled cream and whip it will whisker or blender (chilled too) until soft pick forms then add honey add whip again till stiff pick forms.
- Now cut the sponge cake in two, apply pineapple syrup on a sponge then spread whipped cream over it add pieces of pineapple on it add another layer of sponge cake, again apply pineapple syrup and whipped cream. Finally cover all sides of the cake decorate with cherry and more whipped cream.
