For the meatballs: Combine the ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, ricotta, parsley, crushed red pepper, salt, garlic, eggs, milk and black pepper in a bowl. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. In a skillet, combine the tomato juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, cloves and cinnamon.

The meatballs and the sauce are very flavorful! In a large bowl, combine panko, milk, eggs, garlic, parsley, coriancer, cumin, nutment, salt and black pepper and mix well. Add the ground meat (beef, venison or the combination) and mix well. Form the mixture by hand into meatballs.
Instructions to make Spiced Meatballs:
- Chop onion, green chilli & coriander leaves
- In a mixing bowl add mince along with onion, Coriander and green chilli.
- Add white vinegar and soya sauce mix it well.
- Now add turmeric powder and salt. Mix it well
- Now make small balls from the mixture.
- Now heat water in a wok and place strainer over it (this is for steaming) Grease strainer with some oil.
- Now place all the balls on a strainer and cover it with a lid, cooked for 15 to 20 minutes on a high flame or until balls become soft, juice and tender.
- Once it's done open a lid and check the balls if it's become soft off the flame - - Now place these balls in a serving plate topped with Coriander leaves and it's ready to serve

So my biggest praise for these meatballs is that after I made a double-batch, w/o changing the recipe, I froze them into weekly portions, but after thawing a handful of them in sauce last night, I couldn't have been more delighted that they held their meatball shape and didn't fall apart! Flavored with hoisin sauce, Asian chile-garlic sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, these delicious meatballs are a perfect balance of hot, sweet, and tangy.
