When cleaning the mussels, take care to ensure that all shells are closed after de-bearding. Add the linguine to the pan of boiling water and cook according to packet instructions. Meanwhile, add a good handful of washed and debearded mussels to the tomato sauce. Give the pan a little toss, then place a lid on top and cook until all the mussels are open.

Steps to make Linguine with Mussels:
  1. Empty contents of the 3 pouches into a large skillet and cover. Heat on high for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  7. Add parmesan cheese and hot pepper flakes (optional).
