Make a paste of cocoa and red food coloring; add to creamed mixture. Add the flour to the batter, alternating with the buttermilk mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Mix soda and vinegar and gently fold into cake batter. Beat in food coloring, vinegar and vanilla.

  1. Beat sugar and butter till fluffy. Add the egg and beat well

  3. Add the seived flour and mix with a spatula. Combine vinegar and soda bicarbonate let it fizzz and then add it to the batter. Scrape down the batter making sure all the ingredients are well blended and the batter is smooth
  4. Pour the batter in a greased 7 inch diameter round tin and bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C for 20 mins
  5. Frosting:- Beat the cream cheese, add icing sugar beat it well. Whipp the whipping cream until soft peaks formed, then add this to the cream cheese mixture and beat again well keep this in the refrigerator
  6. Cool the cake and divide into 2 equal parts horizontally. Moist the cake with water and sugar solution and put the cream cheese and spread it,then put the other part of the cake upon it, moist it also and cover the cake with the cream
  7. In the remaining cream add red colour mix it well put it in the piping bag with 1m nozzle and make roses as per your wish then sprinkle the sprinklers
