- Heat a heavy based pan or BBQ to medium high. Place steak into the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Do not turn the steak more than twice.
- For the Sauteed Potatoe : Cut potatoes into 2.5cm pieces and Place potatoes in a saucepan. Cover with cold water. Season with salt. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 10 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Cool. - Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add potatoes. Cook, shaking pan and turning potato often, for 10 minutes or until golden, crisp and tender. Stir in butter.
- Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsely and Serve with your steak and any vegetables you like.
Add celery, bell pepper and tomatoes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, bell peppers, and garlic in oil until tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Pepper steak is quick, easy and perfect to whip up any night of the week. Strips of beef and bell peppers are stir fried in a wok to create a delicious main dish, ready in no time!
